Today's computer technology frustrations

Today, we have many technologies, which offer all of us daily services that we desire. And most of these technologies have not been well designed resulting in frustrations for many of us. Because we do not have perfect solutions yet, we lose wasted time with today's technology. It all happens when we start searching on how to use features and functions of specific technology. We spend more time learning how technology works then we spend utilizing technology for work and pleasure. It's a global problem.

We do not want to discredit existing companies. We only want to collect and share the facts and we want to highlight today's primary technology issues. And so we established EasyTechnology.org where people can share their individual and collective experiences.

Some of today Internet frustrations:

1. We all have lots of accounts and passwords on lots of websites, and we need remember all of them. We are constantly looking for our lists of usernames and frequently resetting passwords.
2. Applications can be very difficult to use and we need to spend a lot of time to learn how they work.

3. Customer Service supporting technology applications generally do not produce satisfactory results.

4. To search for the right information, we need to access too many different websites.
5. Technology knowledge is required for even simple services such as setting up email accounts (i.e. one most know pop, or imap, smtp servers).
6. The list of frustrations appears to be endless.
